What uses a credit

• Draft Reply: one credit per draft.

• Summarize: one credit per new summary. Saved summaries are free.

• Email Agent: one credit per message you send.

Your allowance

Each plan includes a monthly number of AI actions per user. You can see it under AI actions/mo on the Account → Billing tab. During a free trial, the banner at the top of the app shows how many credits you’ve used.

When you run out

Draft Reply, Summarize, and the Agent will show “AI credit limit reached” until the next month starts or the workspace owner upgrades the plan. Everything else keeps working.
