Open the Agent

In any reply box or new message, click Agent. The Email Agent panel opens beside your draft.

What to ask

• “Write a reply that confirms the meeting and asks for the agenda.”

• “Make this friendlier and half as long.”

• “Decline, but suggest next quarter.”

The Agent knows the email you’re answering and what’s in your draft right now. When it writes something, the new text goes straight into your draft and the Agent explains what it changed.

Undo a change

Click Previous in the panel to go back to the version before the last change.

Every message you send to the Agent uses one AI credit.
