What an organization is

An organization is a workspace: it has its own members, inboxes, teams, plan, and AI credits. Most people belong to one. Consultants and agencies often belong to several.

Switching

Click the organization name at the top of the sidebar to see every workspace you belong to, and pick one. Everything in the app switches with it.

Creating a new one

In the same menu, choose Create organization and give it a name. You become its owner and it starts with its own free trial if you haven’t had one before.

“No organization found”

You see this if your login isn’t a member of any workspace yet. Either create one, or ask the person who runs your team to invite you from their Account → Licenses tab.
